Review | Zatchels Dark Brown Leather Satchel

Last year I was really lucky to be invited to the launch of the Zatchels boutique at Westfield White City. I've admired Zatchels for a very long time, so being invited to the event was very exciting. The team at Zatchels were seriously generous and offered me the chance to have my own Zatchel made. I almost cried with sheer joy! A satchel is such a classic style of bag that will never go out of fashion. I was torn between getting a classic colour or either a metallic or pastel shade, but I decided to go for something I knew would match every possible outfit and a colour I'd always love.

I am now the proud owner of a Dark Brown Leather Satchel 13inch size with a handle! Isn't it absolutely beautiful? All Zatchel bags are hand made to order, something that makes the whole thing so much more special. I think it's amazing to know your bag will be made exactly to your specification. Zatchels have lots of different customisation options for you to decide from when ordering, such as whether to have a handle, back pack straps, a card holder on the front and much more!

Each bag comes with a certificate of authenticity to tell you who made your bag and when. The craftsmanship and quality of the satchel is seriously impressive. I've never seen a bag so well made! The leather is strong and the bag is of such a high quality, I can not recommend them enough if you want to invest in a bag that will last you a lifetime. The strap is adjustable as well as removable. The buckels to open the bag take a bit of getting used to and are a bit stiff to start with, but they are really sturdy and safe as they keep everything protected and secure.

I chose a satchel from the Classic Collection, I knew this would be a bag I'd use all the time. If you were after something more eye catching, browse the website as they have designs to match every taste. At the event I was offered the chance to have my Zatchel personalised, a service offered at the Westfield boutique and when ordering online. Zatchels can be personalised onto a tab to go on the outside of your bag or inside on the center of the lid. The text is laser engraved on as this gives a incredibly clean and crisp finish that contrasts beautifully with the leather. I jumped at the chance to have my bag engraved, I got my initials on the outside and my blog name inside. I think this is a lovely touch as it really makes my bag even more unique than it already is.

If you are looking to invest in a bag that you'll love forever and use all the time then I cannot recommend Zatchels enough. Their customer service is brilliant and they really make sure your bag is exactly how you want it to be.
What do you think of Zatchels?

I can't say I'm in love with Zatchels as a company but I do love your bag...stunning colour! I love satchels too, I have two myself (one I haven't seen yet!)...they make an outfit look so together!

Love this! I always wanted a Cambridge satchel but could never afford it but these are much more in my price range (£65 at the moment!) so may have to purchase one!

This is gorgeous. I love how classic they are and they never go out of style. I must be honest, I am after a pastel Cambridge Satchel though.
